East Bourne Resort & Spa is located in Shimla, close to Christ Church, State Museum, and Viceregal Lodge. Cradled amidst hundreds of years old oaks and deodar trees offers an extensive range of Ayurvedic therapies like panchkarma, aromatherapy, reflexology and yoga as per the requirement of our client. These therapies range from 2 to 14 days depending upon the individual's requirement.
Panchkarma's Focus Areas
Shirodhara : Medicated oils, milk and yogurt are used for the miraculous treatment for stress, headaches, depression and many neurological disorders.
Sarvang Dhara : Lukewarm herbal oils are poured continuously all over the body followed by deep tissue massage by two therapist for the treatment of spondylitis and other rheumatic diseases. Also ideal for vitality and relief in joint pains, ligament injuries etc.
Sarvang Swedanam : Medicated and aromatic herbal steam bath is given in a close chamber to remove the bodily impurities. This leaves one with a glowing and relaxed skin.
Beauty Massage : Skin and hair care with aromatic oils (rose, lavender, Orange etc.)
Body Wrap : Wrapping of the body with Himalayan herbs and mitti.
Abhyangam : An oil bath with various herbal oils and then a vigorous body massage is given which preserves youthfulness, tones the body and prevents skin diseases.
Tarpanam : This is an application of medicated Ghee on the eyes for de-stressing the eyes and strengthening vision.
