Chail India - India's one of the smallest
hill station and summer capital of Patiala state is Chail that is
located in Himachal Pradesh. Chail is the first choice of nature lovers
because it offers natural beauties and wonderful sceneries. This
smallest hill station is located 45 kms from Shimla, which is the
capital of Himachal Pradesh.
During the British era, Britishers banned Maharaja Bhupinder Singh of
Patiala to enter Shimla. At that particular time, Shimla was the summer
capital of British and hub of nature lovers. Maharaja Bhupinder Singh
was the one who does not accepted defeat and found new summer capital
for himself.
Chail is beautiful place for tour as it offers a lot of attractions
such as, Chail Wildlife Sanctuary, Sidh Baba Ka Mandir, Maharaja's
Place, Cricket Ground, Sadhupul, Kandaghat, and so on. The best time to
visit Chail is from mid May to mid October. The climate of this place is
very ideal in both summer as well as winter.
You can tour Chail by road. If you travel by rail or air, then you will
reach places those are located nearby Chail like, Shimla. Trekking and
